New Era. New Clinic Procedures. What to Expect at Your Next Visit.
Before you arrive for our appointment we ask that you complete the COVID-19 BC Self-Assessment Tool.
Please plan that only one client will be allowed into the clinic and no other guest or family members will be able to wait inside.
For your convenience, there are now 4 parking stalls reserved for Physiostation clients, directly in front of the clinic.
Masks are required to be worn during your time at the clinic. Proper mask usage requires clean or sanitized hands prior to putting mask on. Please plan to have your mask on prior to entering the clinic. If you do not have a mask we will provide you with one for a small fee.
Please plan to wait outside the door for a staff member to bring you in at your appointment time. Physical distancing markers will be present.
Please check-in online when you arrive. Our QR code for check-in is located along the windows at our physical distancing markers in front of the clinic.
You will be directed by staff to a hand washing or hand sanitizer station upon entry.
Staff will escort you to your treatment room.
All treatment rooms will be sanitized thoroughly between patients, as well as the gym area and other equipment used by therapists.
We have a designated marked exit door different from our entrance door for leaving the clinic.
We ask that appointments to be made online or over the phone by calling 604.372.0808.
A credit card is required on file so that contact and discussion with front staff will be kept to a minimum. Receipts and other documentation will now be emailed at the end of session.
Please note that we will not be charging cancellation fees for anyone unable to make it due to feeling unwell.
